SHIPPING GENERAL

The shipping amount will vary according to the size and weight of the item

It is your responsibility to give us a correct address for your purchase to be delivered to

We ship all items within 24 hours of receiving payment except for orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and legal USA national holidays


U.S. SHIPPING

All shipping is done by the US Postal Service.

Shipping costs shown on the product pages reflect USPS First Class Mail.

USPS Priority Mail will be used for heavier items or for multiple-item orders which cannot be sent by First Class.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders outside of the U.S. will be shipped by First Class Mail International whenever possible; however, we will use Priority Mail International if necessary so that your parcel will be insured.

PLEASE NOTE –We will fill all out Customs forms accurately. The buyer is responsible for any import and custom taxes duties charged upon arrival in your country.

VAT is NOT added to your total bill as we are located in the USA and have no way of collecting and submitting VAT to the different countries around the world.

We cannot track international shipments and although we mail promptly we cannot guarantee the arrival of your package within a specific time frame.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


We endeavor to provide you with authentic goods in the best condition possible. We guarantee that all of our items are as described.

If there is a flaw or damage which we overlooked, we invite you to return the item for a complete refund of the item price. The buyer bares the cost of the return postage.


Please contact us first before returning an item as items returned to us without contacting us first will not be acknowledged or refunded
